IM508 + XP200 can program VW MQB keys or do I need XP400?

     I've read conflicting info but not sure which one is true.

    Will the IM508 package (with XP200) be enough to program (Make Dealler key / Key learning) VW MQB keys?  Or is necessary to buy the XP400?

     There's a knowledgeable guy on You Tube called Autel Consultancy, that has videos and often replies to questions about IM608
